Dear Friends,
The Covid Crisis has tested us as individuals, as a nation, and as a church. We have re-alized in the midst of all of this to pray for those on the front lines of the crisis—the doctors, the nurses, the aides. Then, as the crisis continued, we realized that there are others in our lives who are needed for our lives to be normal—grocery clerks, the truck drivers, those who are in the manufacturing business, those who make masks, those who make hand sanitizer and toilet paper and sanitizing wipes, and those who collect our trash to name a few. As we pro-ceeded through the crisis, we began to realize that those who keep us safe are also vital—the police, the military, the fire fighters, the EMTs. In addition, we need to pray for those in gov-ernment who seek to lead us through this crisis. [Read more…]
