SUMMARY:Vacation Bible School - Set-Up Party
DESCRIPTION:Please plan on attending. We need lots of people to get our church ready. We will meet in the Legacy Hall from 4-4:15 for a brief meeting. After our meeting we will begin the preparation of transforming our church into a VBS fun place. We need helpers of all skills and ages. Here are just a few things we will be doing at our VBS Set-Up Party: ** Preparing snacks ** Preparing crafts ** Getting the registration area ready ** Getting the Canteen ready ** Transforming the sanctuary into a VBS theme for the week ** Getting all the classrooms ready At 5:30 p.m. we will take a break for dinner. After dinner we will finish up all the projects that we started. Please note: after dinner the Youth Group will be hosting some fun games for all the kids on the front lawn. If the weather is warm bring your swimsuit. We may have a Slip and Slide on the front lawn for all the kids.

We will be sending our offering to Samaritan’s Purse. We will be having our nightly contest between the boys and the girls. Start collecting those coins. ** Remember to invite all your friends. ** Friday night\, June 13th will be our closing program. More information will come out about that as the time gets closer.
