Bible Study
This year’s new Bible Study is “Finding Resilience, Joy, and Our Identity in Jesus Christ.” We invite all Presbyterian women to join us in one of our Bible Studies as we grow deeper in our faith through the spiritual discipline of studying scripture with others.
Please join us on Tuesday, May 13, 2026, as we continue this year’s Bible Study. We are blessed to have Pastor Mark lead both the morning and the evening Bible Studies. The daytime group meets
from 10:00 – 11:15 a.m., and the evening group meets from 7:00 – 8:15 p.m. with childcare provided as needed. Please contact Wendy McKinley if you require childcare. (We meet at St. Andrew the second
Tuesday of every month, September through May.)
The Coordinating Team will meet in the conference room on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. followed by the evening Bible Study at 7:00 p.m.
Holly Place
Holly Place was established to target low-income seniors with limited resources who could not afford alternative care systems. The Presbyterian Women support Holly Place as one of our local missions.
The Presbyterian Women collect items each month and deliver them to Holly Place. There is a featured item each month, but you can donate anything on this list at any time. Please place your donations in the tub located in the lobby labeled “Holly Place.” Thank you for your generosity. See the Holly Place Wish List below.

Blessing Bags
Blessing Bags are distributed in May and returned in the fall. This year the bags will be distributed to the women of the church on Sunday, May 24, and Sunday May 31, after each service. Everyone is asked to place a monetary gift into her bag to represent the blessings she has received over the summer. When the donations are collected in the fall, they will be added to the PW treasury to help defray expenses. Thank you in advance for your donations.
Presbyterian Men’s Yard Sale & Women’s Bake Sale – Will be on May 15, and May 16 from 7:00 a.m. -1 p.m. Please sign up to donate baked goods.
Friday Potluck Luncheon with Friends
Please join us for our Friday Potluck Luncheon with Friends on May 8, at noon. Our speaker will be Slim Harrison. Slim has performed at schools, festivals, and hoedowns all over America and the world, come along with Slim as he plays on spoons, jugs, washboards, and much more. All are welcome! Bring a dish to share and enjoy the fellowship.
Memorial Day Collection for Veterans
The Presbyterian Women will be collecting donations for Heal our Patriots, a Samaritan’s Purse mission. Heal Our Patriots provide help for Veterans and their spouses. Please drop your donation into the helmet on the table in the foyer on Sunday, May 24 after each service. Thank you for your generosity.
