Friday Potluck Luncheon with Friends

On November 21st at noon our Friday Potluck with Friends will have Mary Ann Jung as our presenter. She is an award-winning actress and Smithsonian scholar. She will present to us, Clara Barton. Ms. Jung researches and writes her own scripts, and performs in the authentic costumes, accents, and attitudes for her characters’ eras.

Several years ago, we had her present Amelia Eirhart. She interacts with her audience and presents history in a most unique way. She has appeared on CNN, the Today Show, Good Morning America, and in newspapers around the world as famous women from history.

History Alive! shows are fun and truly appropriate for all ages –and have been enthusiastically received at many senior centers, retirement homes and military bases.

Please bring a potluck dish and an appetite and be prepared to meet Clara Barton.
