Friday with Friends

Steve Hatleberg will be presenting “The Scots-Irish Settlement of Washington County”, on Friday, October 16 at noon.  It concerns the colonial era, before the Revolutionary War, when Washington County was the frontier. The talk will be about the Scots-Irish as a group and their emigration to America. They were the Presbyterian Forefathers. He is a retired Internal Medicine physician from Meritus Health ten years ago.  He and his wife Lois have four granddaughters, a second grader, and a tenth grader living in Silver Spring and a senior and second year college student in Boston.
