Vacation Bible School – Set-Up Party

Please plan on attending. We need lots of people to get our church ready. We will meet in the Legacy Hall from 4-4:15 for a brief meeting. After our meeting we will begin the preparation of transforming our church into a VBS fun place. We need helpers of all skills and ages. Here are just a few things we will be doing at our VBS Set-Up Party: ** Preparing snacks ** Preparing crafts ** Getting the registration area ready ** Getting the Canteen ready ** Transforming the sanctuary into a VBS theme for the week ** Getting all the classrooms ready At 5:30 p.m. we will take a break for dinner. After dinner we will finish up all the projects that we started. Please note: after dinner the Youth Group will be hosting some fun games for all the kids on the front lawn. If the weather is warm bring your swimsuit. We may have a Slip and Slide on the front lawn for all the kids.
