The Daytime book club will be January 16 at 1:00 pm. The book that we will be reading is “The Women of Christmas” by Liz Curtis Higgs.
The Administration/Deacon meetings will be held on January 16th starting at 7:00 p.m.
The Presbyterian Men will meet on Tuesday, January 17 at 6:00 pm. We will have a great meal followed by our meeting and a Bible Study.
Helping Hands will meet on Thursday, January 19th from 10:00 a.m.— noon. A welcome back lunch will be provided for everyone.
Pastor Mark’s Bible Study will begin on Thursday, January 19, at 7:00 pm. The topic will be the Book of Proverbs. If you are unable to attend, we will stream the Bible Study on Facebook live.
January Friday Potluck (formally known as Friday Club) speaker will be Bob O’Connor. He lives in Charles Town, WV. He writes about the Civil War and has several books in publication. Supper Club will be on Monday, January 23, 5:30 p.m., Western Sizzlin’. Come enjoy a great meal with your church family. Please sign up if you plan on attending.
Session will meet on Monday, January 23 at 7 p.m.
We will be meeting on Tuesday, February 7, 7:00 p.m. in the Friendship Hall. We will discuss the book, “Brought to Light” by Jason Williams. Steve Hatleberg will be presenting this book. Come and enjoy Steve’s presentation even if you haven’t read the book.
We will meet on Thursdays in February. The Study begins at 7:00 p.m. The topic will be the Book of Proverbs. If you cannot attend, we will stream the Bible Study on Facebook live. We will not meet on February 2.
We will take the Souper Bowl offering on Sunday, February 12, after both services. The focus of the offering will be to assist in feeding the poor. Our offering this year will go to the REACH shelter.
