Youth Group News:Youth Group will meet on January 4, 11, and 25.
he Youth Group will be going tubing on January 18 beginning at 4:00 pm. ALL THE CHURCH IS INVITED. The cost will be $40 per person for a two hour ride session. We will leave the church at 2:00 pm, tubing from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm. We will stop at McDonald’s for dinner after the tubing ride session. Please sign up by January 12.
The Youth Group will attend the retreat Peak to Peak at Camp JoyEl from January 30-February 1. There is a sign up sheet in the parlor. The cost is $70 per person. Please sign up by January 15. The event will highlight how we live our life of faith in the midst of the troubling times that we live in. For more information, contact Pastor Mark.
Come meet a favorite Biblical Character. This event will be on January 25 immediately after the second service. Come and enjoy a baked potato meal as well as meet some of the characters out of the Bible such as Peter and John the Baptist, Mary and Martha, and more. It will be a fun event as well as a fund raiser for our youth ministry.
Friends!! We would love for you to invite your friends to Youth Group! What a better gift to give to a friend than the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ! If you bring a friend, both you and the friend will receive a candy bar. You can invite that friend two separate times for the friend to be a friend for our contest. If the Youth Group invites 25 friends by the end of May, we will have a very special road trip!!
