June 7: V.B.S. Set-up Party: We will be having a brief meeting going over all the details of the week at V.B.S. today at 4:00 pm. in the Legacy Hall. After our meeting, we will be setting up for the week of V.B.S. We need helpers in all areas. Hope you can join us today at 4:00. Teachers, this is your time to get your room ready for a fun week. We will take a break and serve dinner at 5:30. The Youth Group will host games for all the kids after dinner
Week of June 8 – 12: (6 – 8 p.m.) We are getting so excited about this year’s V.B.S. Illumination Station, Jesus Is The Light Of The World. In a world that can seem crazy and chaotic, Jesus lights our way and guides our path each and everyday.
V.B.S. Shirts: If you have not gotten your V.B.S. shirt they are in the hallway. If you don’t see one for you, please write your name on the yellow tablet provided. You will have a shirt ready for you when you come tomorrow night. Kids, and staff remember to wear your shirt during the week of V.B.S.
Register: If you have not registered for V.B.S. yet, please do so today before leaving. You can leave your form in the offering plate or in the basket provided in the parlor, or directly on the secretary’s desk.
Volunteers: If you have not signed up to volunteer and you aren’t sure what you would like to do, come tonight to our meeting. We will go over all the job descriptions and you can choose a job that you would like to do.
