April 19, Holy Saturday, we will have an Easter Carnival on the back parking lot of the church. This will begin at 1:00 pm. It will have games, Moon Bounce, balloon animals, and face painting. At 2:00 pm, we will have a time of refreshments followed by the hunting for over 1000 stuffed Easter eggs. While the Carnival and Egg Hunt are going on, we will also have a Walk Through Jerusalem, an interactive experience highlighting the events of the last week of the life of Jesus.
Good Friday Walk (4.18.25)
April 18, Good Friday, we will give you two opportunities to walk with Jesus to the cross. We will have a physical Cross Walk beginning at noon at the church on the corner of Virginia Ave. and Cole Road. This walk will last approximately 45 minutes. We will end the walk back at the Virginia Ave. Church of God where we began. We will also have a virtual Cross Walk which will be on Facebook beginning at 2:00 pm. This walk will be like the stations of the cross and will end at 3:00 pm, the traditional time that Jesus died on the cross
Maundy Thursday Service (4.17.25)
April 17, Maundy Thursday, 7:00 pm, we will have a special worship service which will involve a special message, great music, communion, and the ceremonial washing of hands.

Ash Wednesday Dinner/Service (3.5.25)
Ash Wednesday, which is the beginning of Lent, will be March 5, beginning at 6:30 pm. We will have a covered dish supper followed by communion, the application of ashes, and the renewal of our baptismal vows. The service will begin around 7:15 pm. This will take place in the Legacy Hall.

Bingo at Homewood (2.22)
Saturday, February 22nd. We will meet at the Williamsport McDonald’s for lunch at 12:30 pm. From there, we will caravan up to Homewood to help get people out of their rooms for our BINGO Party. We will play BINGO for about an hour, and then serve refreshments. This is such a fun event, hope that you can join us. Please sign up if you are able to attend.
