Vacation Bible School (6.10-6.14.24)

Vacation Bible School Video

* June 10th-14th: V.B.S. Every Night from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.

* June 23rd: V.B.S. Evaluation at noon in the Friendship Hall.

A Few Reminders: * Kids, start collecting your coins for our great contest to see who can tip the scale, the boys or the girls? Of course, the real winner will be the recipients of our offering. Our offering will go to a program supported by Samaritan’s Purse. The kids will decide which program they would like their offering to go towards. Remember to bring your coins to V.B.S. * Remember to bring your Bible to V.B.S. each night. Canteen coins are awarded to those who bring their Bibles. If you do not have a Bible, please see Miss Annette and we will make sure you get one.

Memorial Day Collection (5.26.24)

For Veterans, Sunday May 26, 2024. The Presbyterian Women will collect donations for Heal Our Patriots, a Samaritan’s Purse Mission. Heal Our Patriots provides help for veterans and their spouses. Drop your donation into the helmet on the table in the foyer on Sunday, May 26, at both services. Thank you for your generosity.

Teacher Appreciation (5.19.24)

Thank you to all our teachers here at St. Andrew. Please join us in the Legacy Hall at 9:30 a.m. to celebrate our amazing teaching staff and have breakfast. There is no Sunday School.

Mother’s Day Coffee Hour (5.12.24)

Join us for a time of fellowship and celebrating our Mothers.   Parish 5 (Jamison), Parish 6 (Goodwin), and Parish 14 (Scumpieru) will sponsor the Coffee Hour between 9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.

The St. Andrew Handbell Choir and The Adult Choir “A Festival of Hymns”! (5.4.24)

On May 5, at 4:30 pm, the Music Dept of St. Andrew will present our Spring Concert, “A Festival of Hymns,” here in the Sanctuary!
We invite you all to join The St. Andrew Handbell Choir and The Adult Choir as we explore the beautiful world of hymns. Many of your favorites such as “Holy Holy Holy”, “Be Thou My Vision”, “Amazing Grace”, and more!
There will be a reception immediately following the concert in the Legacy Hall. See you there!

Coffee Hour (4.21.24)

Please join us for a time of fellowship and food in between both services from 9:30 – 10:45 a.m.  Parishes 8 & 10 will be hosting the event.  Hope to see you there!

Church Work Day (4.20.24)

Welcome to April and the beauty of spring. This month, we will be helping with
the Spring Spruce-Up Day at the church on April 20, from 8 to 12.  Anyone is welcome to help with the clean-up.

Easter Carnival (3.30.24)

He is risen! This year, we are planning a Walk Through Jerusalem community event. We are looking for volunteers to represent Jesus, the disciples, and guards as our tour guide takes us from Palm Sun-
day to the empty tomb. This event will take place during our Easter Carnival on March 30. Roles are available for all ages and help is needed with set design and preparation. All are welcome to join as we
share the greatest story of all time: the Resurrection of Christ. See Grace McDonald for more details, or the sign-up sheet in the parlor.

Good Friday Cross Walk (3.29.24)

A Good Friday Cross Walk will begin at noon at the church on the corner of Virginia Avenue and Cole Road. All are welcome to come.

A virtual Cross Walk on Facebook will begin at 2:00 pm.
We will walk the stations of the cross for that hour of the earthly life of Jesus Christ.

Maundy Thursday (3.28.24)

We will celebrate communion on March 28 at the Maundy Thursday Service beginning at 7:00 pm. There will be special music, the ceremonial washing of hands, and communion.

See’s Candy Fundraiser (3.10.24)

Are you aware that Easter is right around the corner, March 31st?  Order See’s Candy to fill up Easter baskets and support the Presbyterian Women’s ministry.
Presbyterian Women will be selling See’s Candy for Easter. Attached is the order form and brochure. All orders and money must be turned in by Sunday, March 10th. 
Candy will be in before Easter. Order forms and brochures will be in the parlor on the information desk, on the back counter in the office or contact Jen Metz.
