New Member Reception/Coffee Hour (1.26.25)

You’ve warmly welcomed visitors and invited them to attend Sunday School or coffee hours. Because your friendliness blessed them, five folks became members in 2024 and will be honored at the New Member Reception during the coffee hour on January 26th. (Rescheduled from January 19th).

Game Night (1.18.24)

Come and join us on January 18th, 6:30 p.m for our 1st Family Game Night of the new year. Bring in a new game you received at Christmas or bring in an old favorite game as well as a finger food to share. Hope you can join us for an evening of fun and games and food. Please sign up if you plan on attending.

Church Wide Servce (1.11.24)

Church-Wide Service: Presbyterian Women and the Youth Group are coordinating a church-wide service event at the Hope Center Rescue Mission on Saturday, January 11, at 6:00 p.m. Volunteers are needed to help lead the worship service, cook, transport, serve, clean up, and to fellowship with those receiving our meal. If you cannot attend, we are also accepting monetary donations to offset the cost of providing the meal. There is a signup sheet in the parlor, and you can contact Pamela McDonald.

Christmas Eve Services (12.24.24)

There are two Christmas Eve services, 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., on December 24, 2024.  This is the time to commemorate Jesus Christ’s birth and mark the beginning of the Christmas season. We look forward to seeing you there!

Coffee Hour (12.22.24)

Please join us in the Legacy Hall for a coffee hour from 9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.  This is a great time for delicious food and great fellowship. We hope to see you there!

Living Nativity (12.21 & 12.22.24)

It will be on Saturday, December 21, and Sunday, December 22, at 6 and 7 pm both nights. It will be the retelling of the greatest birth of all time, the birth of our Savior. We will have the ability for you to listen to the performance from the comfort of the car. The station you will need to turn to will be on the flyer, and we will hand it to you as you enter the parking area. If you would like to be in the Living Nativity, please sign up on the sheet in the parlor.

Christmas Caroling (12.21.24)

Sunday School will be hosting a caroling event on Saturday, December 21, at Homewood. We will be meeting at the Williamsport McDonalds at 9:15 for breakfast and then going to Homewood to go caroling to some of our friends up at Homewood. Please sign up if you are able to come. Let’s share the love of Jesus to our Homewood friends. Everyone is invited! Hope you can join us!

Adult Christmas Party (12.9.24)

Come and join us Monday, December 9, 6:00 pm for our Annual Adult Christmas Party. Please bring a wrapped gift of approximately $10.00 (no gag gifts please). Also bring a finger food to share.

We will begin the evening enjoying lots of great snacks and appetizers. At 6:30 we will begin our Christmas exchange. If you have never joined us before, come and find out how much fun we have exchanging gifts all evening. Please sign up if you plan on attending.

Birthday Party for Jesus & Cookie/Candy Exchange (12.8.24)

Everyone is invited to come and celebrate as a church family the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! We will be celebrating His birthday on December 8th after the 11:00 service. There will
be fun activates for all ages. The Fellowship Committee will serve a delicious lunch. We will be singing “Happy Birthday” to Jesus and have fun making Jesus a birthday card in a fun and creative way. Of
course, we can’t have a party with out Sonshine joining us. In addition to the Birthday Party we will also be having a Cookie/Candy Exchange. If possible, please bring in 2-3 dozen cookies and or a bag of wrapped Christmas candy. (No nuts) We want each family to go home with a nice assortment of Christmas treats. Please sign up if you plan on attending. Hope that you can come to celebrate the birth of Jesus with your church family.

Coat Drive (12.8.24)

The youth are collecting new and clean gently used winter coats and blankets. These items will be distributed through local organizations to the less fortunate and homeless in our community. Please consider donating and depositing your items in the box in the entryway. We are seeking coats and blankets in sizes for children and adults. Thank you for your generosity and sharing of Christ’s love this winter season. The last day for donations is December 8th.
